Are these authentic?: Yes. Every bottle is sealed and sold exactly as it arrived. If one ever reaches you otherwise, email returns@ and we will make it right.
How do I place an order?: Add it to your cart and check out. Card payments are being switched on — until they are, the checkout says so rather than taking an order that cannot be filled.
How do I pay?: By card at checkout, on Stripe’s own secure page. In person, cash or Cash App.
Do you have an account area?: Not yet — accounts are being built. When they are ready you will be able to see your orders, save fragrances, and ask to be told when something is back in stock.
Something is sold out. Now what?: Ask and we will hold one from the next restock. Stock moves in twos and threes, so it is rarely a long wait.
