This is the deal when you buy from Fragrivo. It is written to be read rather than to be long — everything below is something we actually do, and you can hold us to all of it.

What we sell

Genuine, sealed fragrances, bought from established suppliers and sold on. We are not an authorised dealer for any brand and we do not claim to be.
Where a bottle is a tester — genuine juice in a plain box, usually without a cap — the listing says so before you pay, in the product description and in the facts table. If it does not say tester, it is a retail-boxed bottle.
Photographs are of the actual product. Where a price is shown struck through, the listing names where that higher price was seen and when.

Prices and availability

Prices are in US dollars and come from our own stock records, so what you see is what it costs.
Your cart is priced again at checkout. If something changed in between, you see the new price before paying — we will not charge a different amount to the one you confirmed.
Stock is real. If the shop says one is left, one is left, and while somebody is at the payment page with it, it is not offered to anybody else.
We can decline an order — if something is mispriced, out of stock, or the order looks fraudulent. If that happens you are not charged, and if you already were, you are refunded in full.

Paying

By card, on Stripe's secure payment page. Your card details never touch this website.
Nothing is charged until you confirm on that page.
In person, cash or Cash App.

Getting it to you

Shipping and pickup options are shown at checkout with what they cost.
We will tell you when your order is on its way. If something is delayed we will say so rather than going quiet.

If something is wrong

If a bottle arrives damaged, is not what was described, or is not what you ordered, tell us and we will make it right — a replacement or a refund, your choice.
Fragrance is personal and a scent you dislike is not a fault. Because these are sealed products, we cannot resell an opened bottle, so we cannot take one back simply because it was not to taste. Ask us first if you are unsure — we would rather talk you out of a bottle than sell you one you will not wear.
A full returns policy is being written and will appear here. Until it does, the paragraph above is what we will do.

Your account

There is no password. You sign in with a code sent to your email, so keep access to that address — anybody who can read your email can sign into your account.
Keep your details accurate so orders reach you.
You can ask us to close your account at any time.
We can close an account that is being used to defraud us or to abuse other people.

Using the site

Do not try to break in, scrape the catalogue wholesale, or use the shop to send mail to people who did not ask for it.
The words and photographs on this site are ours. Brand names and trademarks belong to their owners and appear here only to describe what is for sale.

What we do not promise

That the site is never down. It is a small shop and things break; we fix them.
That every description is free of mistakes. If we get something wrong we correct it, and if you paid for something described wrongly you are refunded.
Nothing here limits any right you have under consumer law.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version is at the top of this page, and the version you agreed to when you created your account is what we recorded.
If a change is significant we will tell account holders rather than quietly editing the page.

Who you are dealing with

This shop is operated by FRAGRIVO LLC, a limited liability company organised in Indiana on 17 August 2026. You can check that for yourself: filing number 202608172029554, in the Indiana Secretary of State business register. Questions about these terms go to [email protected]. What we do with your information is set out in our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana.

Still to come: the registered business address, and how sales tax is handled once the state registration for it is done. Left out rather than guessed at, the same way the jurisdiction was.
